Lastu Libraries have introduced a new email-based reservation pickup reminder service. The aim of the service is to make it easier for customers to keep track of their reservations and to reduce the number of uncollected reserved items.
The pickup reminder service sends a reminder to the email address saved in your customer information when the final pickup date of your reservation is approaching. You can activate the service either in the Lastu online library or through the library's customer service.
You can choose how many days before the final pickup date you would like to receive the reminder. The reminder email can be set to arrive anywhere from three days before the deadline up to the final pickup day itself. The email will include all of your reservations whose pickup periods are about to expire.
