The E-library can now also be used via a computer’s web browser. The beta (test) version of the web interface was released on 21 April 2026. You can try the web interface at web.e-kirjasto.fi/en/ekirjasto (link opens to a new window).
In the beta version, you can read Finnish and Swedish e-books and magazines directly in your web browser on a computer. Also magazines in English. You can sign in using strong authentication via the Kirjaudu sisään (Sign in) button in the top right corner of the interface.
