Ahtiala Library will open in its new premises at the Vire community hub in Myllypohja on 10 August. The new library will offer local residents a welcoming living room-style space for reading, working, studying and spending time together.
The library’s facilities and services have been designed to serve a wide range of users. Visitors will find comfortable seating areas for reading and relaxing, as well as spaces for working on their own devices or using library computers. In addition, the library includes a multifunctional room that can be reserved for meetings and small events.
Alongside staffed opening hours, the library will also offer self-service access, enabling customers to use the library even when staff are not present.
